Pre-trip planning
It is after midnight Friday morning and we are sitting around Michael’s table dealing with all the little stuff and the not so little stuff. Kara wants to know if we are getting the rope in Guate or Stateside. We are strapping our gear to burros after all. Nadia and I are reminding her that rope can be found in both places. The Sat phone on the other hand must be nailed down before we leave here.
Some of the things that were on the agenda:
- Customs form 4455
- production insurance
- letters of introduction
- telephone calls to be made tomorrow (20+)
- Shooting permits (to be finalized in Guatemala)
- growing the blogging community
